These are one-on-one sound bath sessions designed to settle the nervous system and create space for release. Using tuning forks, chimes, or singing bowls, I’ll guide you through a sensory experience that works beneath the surface—shifting brainwave states, calming the vagus nerve, and helping the body move out of holding patterns.
Sound does what words often can’t. It moves through tension, supports emotional clarity, and invites a deep kind of rest.
