Online Beginner Yoga Session
We’ll explore foundational yoga postures, breathing techniques, and basic alignment principles in a supportive, accessible space. You’ll be guided through standing, seated, and reclined poses at a slow, steady pace, with clear instruction and options for different bodies and mobility levels.
We’ll also begin to touch on the heart of yoga philosophy—learning how to bring intention, breath, and awareness into the way we move and show up on the mat.
Expect gentle stretching, focused breathwork, and time to rest and absorb the practice. No experience necessary—just a yoga mat, some comfy clothes, and a curious body.
